We are looking for dedicated individuals that excel in maintaining records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions. Some of the job duties of a bookkeeper includes developing a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for maintaining subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating and postings transactions. Bookkeepers may also be responsible for balancing subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries. Each bookkeeping job has different job responsibilities, depending on the company.
