1:1 Paraprofessional – Westville, NJ (School-Based | 2025–2026)

Horizon Staffing Resources is hiring a compassionate and reliable 1:1 Paraprofessional to support a student in a school setting in Westville, NJ. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a daily impact while building experience in special education.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 student support throughout the school day
• Assist with academics, transitions, and daily routines
• Support mobility needs and vocational tasks
• Monitor student safety, engagement, and health needs
• Promote independence, dignity, and positive behavior

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (required)
• Experience with children or special needs preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must have or be willing to obtain BOE fingerprinting
